The 2019 Vendor Registration form is for those who have received an invitation email this year to participate as a vendor at the 2019 MAiZE Corn Party Conference. If you have not received an invitation email this year and would like to attend, please email [email protected] to receive permission to register.

Each Booth Space will also include a Friday Bus Tour for one individual. The vendors will be on a bus so they will have an opportunity to talk about their product on that bus you will be on. You will have 5 minutes to talk about your product or show a short video. 

Optional bus tours:

$100 - Wednesday Bus Tour & Meals:  Stops includes Magnolia, Homestead Heritage, and dinner at Joe T Garcias. Dinner is included in fee.

$150 - Thursday OKC Bus Tour & Meals: Stops for this Oklahoma City tour include Buc-ees, Bedre chocolate factory, lunch at Orr Farm, Science Center, Southwind Hills wedding barn, and dinner at Winstar Casino. Lunch and dinner are included in fee.

$50 - Friday Bus Tour (for additional individuals in your company - this tour is already included for one person in your booth registration): Stops includes First Monday Market & Yesterland Farm. Lunch is included in fee.

$215 - Saturday Bus Tour & Meals: Stops includes Mainstay Farm and Stockyard Station. Lunch and dinner is included in fee, along with admission to the Wild West Show and Rodeo at Stockyard Station. 

Vendor Packet - Fee to include your flyer in this packet is $100. We will distribute vendor information packets to all of our MAiZE farms attending the conference, containing information from any vendors who choose to participate, whether you attend the conference or not.
