Available to purchase for $100. We will distribute vendor information packets to all of our MAiZE farms attending the conference, containing information from any vendors who choose to participate, whether you attend the conference or not.

Wednesday, Feb 27, Bus Tour and Meals. Tour stops include Magnolia, Homestead Heritage, and dinner at Joe T Garcias.

Thursday Feb 28, Bus Tour to Oklahoma City and meals. Tour Stops include Buc-ees, Bedre Chocolate Factory, lunch at Orr Farm, Science Center, Southwind Hills wedding barn, and dinner at Winstar Casino.

Includes seat on bus and lunch.

Saturday, March 3 Bus Tour and Meals. Tour stops include Mainstay Farm & Stockyard Station. Fee includes lunch, dinner and admission to the Wild West Show & Rodeo at Stockyard Station.

Friday night meal. Vendor night social. **Not recommended for Vendors, since it will be the same time as vendor social.

What: Attendees will each receive a 4-digit combination that they will use to try and unlock the treasure chests at participating vendor booths. Each chest will have only ONE winning combo. Whichever attendee has the winning combo to your chest will receive a prize of your choosing.

How: If you choose to participate, you will purchase a lock & chest for $30, that we will provide, to display at your booth. You will also choose a prize to give the attendee who has the correct combination for your chest. It could be a free item or service from your company, a cash prize, or anything fun!

*You may take home the treasure chest (not the lock) and bring it to future conferences. Should you choose to do this, you will not need to pay the fee to participate in future years and will be given a new lock each year.
